It’s pretty simple. If you don’t like it, you don’t pay.
If you are not fully satisfied with your guide or the trek for any reason, just tell your guide at the end of your trek and we’ll refund the full amount of your fee, less any third party charges.
This refund policy applies to all Mt Batur treks listed on our Guided Treks page.
For those who paid in cash, you will receive your refund immediately. For those who paid through Pay Pal, you will receive your refund through the Pay Pal payment portal.
Please note that all refunds must be requested in person by the guest and are only issued at the end of your trek. We cannot honor refund requests made after your pick up from the volcano. Nor do we issue refunds via requests by email, telephone, text or post.

No company likes cancellations, but we understand that travel can be unpredictable. That’s why we offer a 100% refund on cancellations as long as they are not made the day of, or the day before, your scheduled activity.
If you choose not to, we will not accept other bookings during the time of your trek. That means if you cancel, we have to find another guest to fill that date and time. The closer the cancellation was made to the date of your activity, the harder it is to fill that slot. Therefore, for cancellations made two days before your scheduled activity date, we can only offer a 50% refund. For cancellations made the day before or the day of your scheduled activity, we offer no refund.
We apologize if our cancellation policy is inconvenient for you, but you will note that it is identical to almost every Mt Batur trekking company for the same reasons we have stated. To discuss cancellations further, please feel free to call us at 0813-3929-6776 or email us at email@example.com.
